AI Implementation.
We don't just advise on AI, we run AI agents in production daily. We build the same systems for you: secure, integrated, production-ready.
The problem with most AI implementations
Tools are easy to buy. Useful AI systems are hard to build.
Most businesses know they should be doing something with AI. The hard part isn't finding a tool, it's knowing which tool actually fits, getting it to work with your existing systems, and making sure it doesn't quietly break three months later.
We see the same pattern over and over. A business owner watches a demo, gets excited, signs up for a platform, and then hits reality: the tool doesn't connect to their CRM. It can't read their invoices properly. The outputs need so much human checking that it's faster to just do the job manually. Or worse, it works in testing and falls apart the moment real data hits it.
That's why we don't sell AI tools. We build AI systems that work inside your business, with your data, connected to your actual workflows. And we know what works because we run this stuff ourselves every day across our own businesses.
What we build
Grouped by use-case
Workflow automation
This is where most businesses get the fastest return. We build systems that handle the repetitive work your team does every day, the stuff that's predictable enough to automate but too complex for a simple rule-based tool.
Examples include email triage and routing (reading incoming emails, categorising them, drafting responses or forwarding to the right person), operations assistants that handle checklists, status updates and reporting, and sales and admin automation like CRM enrichment, meeting summaries, and follow-up sequences.
We built a multi-agent system for our own operations that handles everything from code deployment to security monitoring to daily briefings across three businesses.
Document processing
Australian businesses drown in documents. Invoices, purchase orders, contracts, policy documents, intake forms, compliance paperwork. AI is genuinely good at this now, not perfect, but dramatically faster than manual processing when built properly.
We build document pipelines that extract data from invoices and purchase orders and validate it against your records, summarise contracts and policies with proper citations so your team can review faster, and convert intake forms into structured records with human approval gates where you need them.
The key is the human-in-the-loop design. We don't build systems that make decisions without oversight. We build systems that do the heavy lifting and present the results for your team to approve, flag, or correct.
Knowledge and search (RAG)
RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation, it's the technology behind "chat with your documents" systems. Instead of the AI making things up, it searches your actual documents and answers based on what it finds.
We build internal knowledge tools that let your team ask questions in plain English and get answers sourced from your own SOPs, playbooks, policies, and historical records. These systems include proper access controls (so people only see what they're authorised to see), audit trails, and versioned content so you always know what the AI is referencing.
For customer-facing use, we build support knowledge tools that draw from your approved content, controlled, consistent, and much faster than having staff search through folders or wikis manually.
Integrations
AI on its own is just a clever text generator. It becomes genuinely useful when it's connected to the systems your business already runs on.
We integrate with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Google Workspace, CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, service desks, accounting platforms, and line-of-business applications via secure API connections.
Every integration is built with security in mind: least-privilege access, encrypted connections, proper authentication, and logging so you can see exactly what the system is doing.

Everything from discovery to launch
Why Ozzie Geeks
Built by people who run these systems for real.
Production experience, not PowerPoint.
We built a 7-agent AI operations system that runs across our own businesses daily. When we say we know what works in production, we mean it, we're not selling from a slide deck.
Enterprise background, small business focus.
Our team brings 20+ years of enterprise IT leadership experience across large-scale environments. That background now serves Australian and NZ SMBs who need enterprise-grade thinking without the enterprise price tag.
Security from day one.
Every implementation follows Essential Eight principles. We don't bolt security on after the fact, it's designed in from the start. Your data stays protected, access is controlled, and everything is logged.
We ship fast.
Typical first workflow goes live in 2–8 weeks. We're not here to run a six-month discovery phase. We find the highest-value opportunity, build it, ship it, and iterate.
Process
How it works
Discover
We identify the highest-value workflow or process to automate first, map the risks and integration points, and define what success looks like in measurable terms.
Build
We prototype quickly, test with your real data, and harden for production. This isn't a sandbox demo, it's built to work in your actual environment with your actual constraints.
Deploy and improve
We roll out safely, train your staff, document everything, and iterate based on real-world results. Post-launch tuning is included because the first version is never the final version.
Investment
Project-based, scoped to your business. What affects price: number of workflows, integration complexity, data sensitivity, security and compliance requirements, and rollout scope.
Industries we work with
Built for real-world operational complexity.
We build AI systems for businesses across a range of industries, with particular depth in trades and construction, property and strata management, legal, healthcare, accounting, insurance, and real estate. Each industry has specific compliance requirements and workflow patterns, and we tailor every implementation to fit.
Cybersecurity and Managed IT engagements often sit alongside AI Implementation so the systems are secure and supported from day one. For proof of how we run this in production, see Multi-Business AI Operations.
FAQs
Common questions
What kind of AI can you build for my business?
Workflow automations, AI agent systems, document processing pipelines, and internal knowledge assistants connected to your existing platforms. We focus on practical tools that save time and reduce errors, not experimental tech.
How long does an implementation take?
Typically 2–8 weeks for a first production workflow. Larger programs with multiple integrations and compliance requirements take 8–12+ weeks. We always start with the highest-value, fastest-to-deliver workflow.
Do we need technical knowledge to use it?
No. Your team uses simple interfaces, chat windows, dashboards, approval buttons. We handle the complexity underneath and train your staff during rollout.
How do you keep our data secure?
Permissions-based access, audit logging, encrypted connections, secure retrieval (RAG), and Essential Eight-aligned architecture. We design security in from day one, not as an afterthought.
What's the ROI?
We target measurable outcomes: time savings, faster turnaround, fewer errors, better consistency. We measure before and after, so you can see the impact in real numbers.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRMs, accounting platforms, service desks, and most systems with an API. If your system can connect, we can build to it.
What happens after launch?
Post-launch tuning is included. We refine prompts, adjust workflows, and optimise based on how your team actually uses the system. We also offer ongoing Managed IT if you want us to monitor and maintain it long-term.
Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes. We're Brisbane-based but serve businesses across Queensland (Sunshine Coast, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Mackay) and New Zealand. Most of our implementation work is done remotely with on-site visits where needed.
